I had a great deal of difficulty hearing or understanding speakers at the Sep. 26 "annual meeting'.  I've gathered that others did, too.  Based on comments at nextdoor.com, it seems that room uses sound-deadening materials to make it a "quiet room".  Those meeting there can, apparently, request a microphone and speakers.  That wasn't done, apparently, by our Board.  The room was also too small--a number of people remained standing because there weren't enough chairs.

I've contacted Kara at Sentry Management who said she would check into getting some sort of amplification device(s) from the library.
I also sent an email to the Board at its new email address.  It was rejected for failure to comply with "subject" header requirements.

[October 17]

email from Sentry Management:

It has been brought to our attention that the library is currently closed due to a large plumbing issue. We will not know until tomorrow morning if we will be able to hold the HOA board meeting at the library. For that reason, please be prepared to have this meeting moved to a virtual meeting. I have included the information to log on and attend virtually. Even if the meeting is held in person, there will still be the option to attend virtually. Please reach out with any questions.
