The big pond has an aerator ("fountain") which serves to reduce the amount of sediment, reduce algae growth, and oxygenate the water. It has not been working for several weeks (since around July 24, 2023, or earlier).
Since the Board provides no means of contacting Board members, I sent an email to the the management company, Sentry Management, and was told on July 31, 2023:
Yes, the issue was reported when it first occurred and the vendor has been notified. They will be out as soon as possible to look at the fountain.
On July 29, 2023, I asked Sentry Management about repair to the aerator ("Fountain") and was told:
"the issue was reported when it first occurred and the vendor has been notified. They will be out as soon as possible to look at the fountain."
It has been nearly 3 months since my email and the aerator is still not working.
I have to wonder if the expense has been accounted for in either the 2023 o4 2024 budget.
