There's a flagpole at the entrance. The flag was tattered and the board decided to replace the flag. It was also decided to add a light to the flagpole to illuminate the flag at night (as per U.S. flag protocol).
The flag was recently replaced and a solar-powered light was installed on the flagpole. However, it appears there's enough light from two nearby streetlights to prevent the dusk-to-dawn light from turning on.
7 months later, the flag is again tattered.
(The solar-powered light is gone.)

The tattered flag has been removed from the front entrance. The Board is working on getting a replacement.
The tattered flag was replaced sometime around early February, 2023.
